HOME VISIT & WALKTHROUGH

The Hinds Team will schedule a visit at your home to introduce themselves, get to know you and take a tour of your home.

They will discuss your real estate goals and your ideal timeline for listing.
After the initial walkthrough they will prepare a detailed CMA and tailored marketing plan.
○ Once complete, they will schedule a second meeting with you to discuss their CMA and marketing plan, answer any questions and have an open conversation on the listing process and pricing.

LISTING AGREEMENT

Once they have agreed upon a listing price and listing date, the Hinds Team will go over all necessary legal documents with you.

HOME PREPARATION

The advertising for your home revolves around professional photography and marketing materials. We will hire a professional photographer to capture your property, and those images will be used in flyers, brochures and online listings.

PHOTO GALLERY/WEBSITE

We will post your property on the Windermere website, with a listing featuring high-quality photos and descriptions of your home. We will also syndicate the listing by submitting to all websites that have access to the MLS, such as Zillow, Tulia and Google.

BROKER'S OPEN HOUSE

We’ll attract other agents and potential buyers to your property with a broker’s open house, creating buzz around your listing. We elevate our broker’s opens with catering and personal invitations to our fellow agents, certain clients and select neighborhoods.

DIRECT MARKETING

Direct mail and email blast announcements will be sent to prospective buyers, select members of the community and agents who have been selling and/or listing properties in this price range.

ADVERTISING

We’ll create a custom ad for your home that will be posted
on sources with high visibility, including the Puget Sound Business Journal, Luxe Magazine, local papers, Zillow, Trulia, Google and social media sites.

ACTIVITY UPDATES

If you have questions about your listing, we can be contacted anytime by phone or email. We will also reach out to you with updates regarding feedback from buyers and agents, as well as changes in the market. Once you have an offer, we’ll help you manage the negotiation process, inspection/feasibility studies, and the successful closing of your sale.
