Katie Hinds joined the Hinds Team in 2021 and brings boundless energy and a passion for serving others to the team. Working alongside her mother, Kathryn, and sister, Taylor, Katie serves her clients with creative solutions and a personable touch that they can rely on. A graduate of Washington State University, Katie worked in customer operations in the tech industry for four years prior to making the switch to real estate. In this role she honed valuable skills in clear communication and problem-solving that now benefit her clients, as well as a firsthand understanding of Seattle’s booming tech industry and the housing needs of this particular clientele.

Having grown up in Seattle herself, Katie provides her clients with a local’s perspective on the city’s various neighborhoods, offering personal insights backed by the latest housing data. She loves sharing recommendations for local restaurants and neighborhood hangouts, helping her listings sell faster by painting a vivid picture for buyers, or helping her clients settle into their new homes and neighborhoods.

In her free time, Katie enjoys exploring Seattle’s many neighborhoods, uncovering new restaurants and attractions she can share with her clients. She also loves spending time outside with her family, including challenging her sister to frequent tennis matches.
